Josh and his crew have worked for me personally and for the HOA at my condominium. Last year they replaced the roof on our condominium, a job worth over $100,000. It was beautifully done! He designed and installed a negative drainage system for our condos that has worked perfectly and he did it at a price that was a fraction of the other bids. He worked on our fire escapes where they had wear and tear. He also installed new downspouts with heat tape at the condominiums. For me personally, he rebuilt part of my front door to change my locks. They have worked perfectly ever since. Josh and his crew are up to any challenge and they do it professionally, at a fair price with a guarantee. He does not play games, he does not ignore phone calls, he makes himself available to his clients at all times, and he is always friendly and honest. He also expects and demands the same of his crew. He has done extensive work for my daughter as well. She is extremely difficult to please and absolutely loves him. Josh and crew did a fantastic job rebuilding a front porch and replacing several damaged kitchen tiles. From arranging the initial visit, providing estimates and personally calling to follow up (all within a few days, not weeks or months like some other contractors) to getting the work scheduled and completed, the MRC team was friendly, personable, respectful of our home/property, and very professional. And we are more than satisfied with the quality of work. Overall a top notch experience!

Josh and his team did an amazing scrape and paint on our house trim for our VA loan approval. They fit us in to a tight schedule when others turned us down and most never returned my call. The whole crew checked in with me and would knowledgeably explained the process and answer all questions. To top it off they went above and beyond on the whole job to go out of there way to put in extra time and effort and tools to take off multiple cracked layers of paint and old weathering wood and painted the entirety of the surface to give my house a beautiful smooth look. I will 100% be calling them again for future jobs painting or otherwise.

I have personally used Josh and Montana Renovations for multiple projects at my home. I have never, never had opportunity to complain about any of their work. If I have found anything that was not up to my standards or lacking or just plain overlooked on their part, they fixed it immediately. They built a deck for me that was absolutely beautiful. When my house was flooded last year they came in and reconstructed a bathroom completely from the subfloor up including the toilet, linen closet, vanity, tub shower, flooring, an exhaust fan, vanity mirror, lighting and painting as well as all the other little details that go with putting a bathroom back together. He also put 750 ft.² of new flooring in my basement. He fixed the wall that had a leak behind it in my basement that I was certain could not be fixed because it was a shiplapped wall from the 1970s and they managed to take it apart and replaced the wood and stained it to match the other pieces. Josh and his crew have always been exceedingly polite and professional. They are trustworthy and they clean up their mess every single day. I have never had a single serious issue with the company. Anything that has come up has been taken care of immediately and the things that have come up have been so few they’re not worth mentioning. Josh has also been exceptionally fair and competitive with me when it comes to pricing. I absolutely cannot complain about what he has charged me for anything. He is upfront and transparent about his pricing and his payment plan. I have dealt with many other contractors over my lifetime and I would use Josh over absolutely all of them every day of the week! He is fair, honest, intelligent, and innovative. Getting an estimate from Josh for your work and then hiring him would be the smartest thing you could do if you need work done around your house! I don’t hand out reviews lightly. But this man and his company truly deserve this review.
